Hey, I’m Alexa!

I started this online bakery as a way to pursue something I’m truly passionate about while still working a full-time job with a lot on my plate.

Back in 2021, I became a treat maker, baking custom cakes and other sweets. I loved it. But after a while, balancing detailed custom orders with a full-time job became a little too much, so I put baking on the back burner.

Now, five years later I’ve been reminded of how much I miss it. Not just cakes, but breads, cookies, muffins… all of it. The mixing, the testing…I missed creating.

I knew I wanted to bring back the business I once cared so much about. But with so many incredible treat makers out there now, I kept asking myself, how can I set myself apart?

I went through so many ideas, trying to figure out what would actually work for me while still doing what I love. And then it hit me.

An online bakery where I control the menu. A space where I can bake what excites me, share it with you, keep everything fresh in small batches, and skip the chaos of a traditional storefront.

And just like that, Batch Bakery was born
